All Races are on Sunday, May 1st 2011
The Sprint race can be done as a relay. Athletes CANNOT do both individual and relay.

| Swim | Olympic distance athletes will do 2 x 750m laps of a marked course at Port Louis Marina. Sprint distance athletes will do the same lap once. |
| Bike | Athletes will leave transition at Port Louis Proceed along Lagoon Road, Port Highway and the Carenage to a turn around at Hubbards lumber Dept and back to Port Louis. Olympic distance athletes will do 10 laps, Sprint distance athletes will do 5 laps. |
| Run | Athletes will leave transition at Port Louis Proceed along Lagoon Road to Port Highway to a turn around and back to Port Louis. Olympic distance athletes will do 4 laps, Sprint distance athletes will do 2 laps. |
| Transition | This will be completely contained on the brick road at Port Louis |
5km fun run Around the lagoon Road to turn around at Shell Select and back three times
These races can be done as a relay. Athletes doing the individual event CANNOT also do a relay. Children in a relay team must ALL be in the same age category. Age is determined at 31st December 2011, not age on race day.
